David, a force in the mortgage field for a decade, founded Calloway Capital in 2019. With skill, integrity, and a dynamic personality, he has developed and cemented strong alliances with over 200 capital sources nationwide. During his decorated career in the industry, he has been responsible for direct placement of over $3 billion in debt across all asset classes and financing platforms.

 Driven by the motto “Once a client always a client,” his close personal relationships with the people who rely on him are a true source of pride.

David received his MBA from Bar Ilan University and enjoys reading, history, and travel.

Nicole has been with Calloway since inception and brought inestimable value from the very beginning. She is charged with expediting deal closings in particular, and all things Calloway in general. Nicole’s consistent excellence at bringing deals over the finish line with professionalism and skill is well known to everyone familiar to Calloway Capital. Her vision and proactive attitude have her perfectly positioned to meet any unexpected challenges or obstacles, with calm, positivity, and aplomb.

 Nicole, a wife, and mom to two beautiful little girls, has a business degree and a Real Estate license. In her spare time, she enjoys playing and coaching pick-up basketball.

Isaac entered the real estate industry in 2016; his tenacity, persistency, and penchant for creative problem solving allow him to gain the absolute trust and confidence of an ever-expanding client block. He prides himself with signing up 16 deals in his first year in the business and having the ability to match those out-of-the-box deals with the perfect lender. Aside from closing loans, Isaac enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys and is an avid tennis player and water skier.

Prior to joining the Calloway Capital team, Toby oversaw more than $2,000,000,000 of loans to completion.

Her past experience included training new hires and became known for her high level of patience and dedication. Reliable, creative, and persistent, Toby has performed above expectations, regardless of challenge or circumstance.

 At Calloway, Toby’s responsibilities include overall underwriting and the processing of loan originations.
